The Walden University Academic Success Scholarship
At Walden, we believe that higher education opens doors to greater opportunity. So to help provide an opportunity for all eligible students to pursue a degree, we are offering the Walden University Academic Success Scholarship. Open to all students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (taught in Spanish with the option to learn English) program, this scholarship can provide a 15 percent tuition reduction, which equates to between $6,000 - $6,750 over the life of the program*.
*The total scholarship amount is dependent upon each student's transfer of credit and prior learning assessment totals. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Walden scholarship or tuition reduction offer. Not valid for Tennessee residents.
Family and Group Tuition Reductions*
Share the experience and save money. If you and a family member, friend, or colleague have a common goal of higher education, consider enrolling together. A 25% reduction is available on all tuition and fees to the spouse, parent, or child of an enrolled student who is paying equal or higher tuition. There are also tuition reductions available for groups of 5 or more who enroll from the same organization.

*Not valid for Tennessee residents.
Only one tuition-reduction benefit may be applied to tuition and fees.
Monthly Payments
Walden University partners with Sallie Mae’s TuitionPay to provide students with an alternative to paying full tuition at the beginning of each term. Through the TuitionPay monthly payment plan, you may spread the cost of your tuition over multiple months—interest-free. The TuitionPay plan is not a loan, and there is an enrollment fee.
Simplify your school expenses with
- Convenient monthly payments that allow you to pay tuition in manageable installments
- Multiple payment plan options, including some that can be combined with school loan programs (if available in your country of residence)
- No-interest payments, which may eliminate your need for loans

General Considerations for International Students

Depending on the language in which you earned your previous degree(s), you may need to submit test scores showing your level of English proficiency.
- Walden University is not authorized to grant student visas for study in the United States.
- To be admitted, you need the equivalent of a high school diploma from the country’s education authority. You may need a transcript evaluation from Educational Credential Evaluators.
- International applications are due at least 8 weeks before the U.S. application deadline, so please plan accordingly.
- You will need regular access to a computer with an Internet connection (minimum speed: 56K).
